Living The Dream: The Rucksack Podcast With Brian Havens

Today in our journey on The Rucksack, I want to talk about dreams.  In my estimation dreams are a series of images, ideas, emotions that God gives to us for living with purpose, principles by His guiding hand.  I am talking about the dreams of deep aspiration, wild visions, and unrealistic hope.  See, God has given you a dream, about yourself, about what he wants you to do, about how he’s going to use your life to impact the world.  Might I suggest to you today that the dream is in the journey, not where we build a perfect life with pristine living conditions, but building our faith.  Ephesians 3:20 tells us  ”God, who by his mighty power at work within us is able to do far more than we would ever dare to ask or even dream of (infinitely beyond) our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, or hopes.”  I was once told that “When you’ve stop dreaming, You’ve started dying”, and so I say dare to live your God given dreams.   Jesus tells us in Mark 9:23 “Anything is possible if a person believes.”  So what dream has God placed in your heart? Start living the dream!
